I'll be using a 3/8 straight bit with a 5/8 guide bush to hog out with and then one pass with the dovetail bit.

Now to see how it fits

The neck was just a touch above the body which would allow for flossing but when clamped it went in all the way for a perfect fit.I think that the neck height above the body could be adjusted for personal preferance by moving the alignment template up or down in the edge vice thereby making the mortice larger/smaller.Now to check the height at saddle location.

This looked good at 4.5mm. The truss rod slot slot and body centre lined up spot on.All in all i'm very pleased with this jig it's very well made and very accurate. Thanks for looking, Roby.
